Sparty's Coney Island has quickly become an incredibly popular breakfast and lunch stop with locals and students. Great food, unique dishes and fantastic service all delivered to you with a smile. That's the Sparty's Coney Island experience. It's been that way for the last 35 years where Sparty's Coney Island has focused on innovative food and a great customer experience. Today, Sparty's Coney Island is still delivering unique and innovative dishes to hundreds of loyal customers each week. Dominic, the current owner, was "born" into the restaurant business, growing up with hard-working parents and grandparents who owned a family-oriented Italian restaurant. However, with the restaurant business in his blood, it was hard to stay away. At the age of 46, he returned to the food industry by purchasing an existing breakfast and lunch restaurant in the Frandor Shopping Center.
